• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

• Warnings and temporary restrictions (e.g., chat ban, feature lock).
• Session cancellation or reservation cancellation.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent termination in severe or repeated cases.

We may act without notice if we believe immediate action is required to protect users, the platform, or to comply with law.

If your account is terminated, you may lose access to tests, analytics, and any stored progress. Where required by law, you may request a copy of limited account information. We may retain certain data as required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
