1) Digital nature of the Services
Orbitshala provides digital access to tests, analytics, and learning tools. Once access is granted, value is delivered immediately through content access and personalized analytics.
2) Cancellations
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Your plan will typically remain active until the end of the billing period, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- We don’t provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated for a plan.
3) Refund eligibility (general rule)
Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, refunds are available only in limited circumstances. A refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase and only if:
- you haven’t substantially consumed the paid Services; and
- (where we can measure it) your usage of the paid plan is below 10% of the plan’s included limits (for example, tests attempted, premium analytics views, downloads/exports, or similar).
We may deny refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this policy.
4) Non-refundable cases
- Violations of the Terms (cheating, abuse, manipulation, or prohibited automation).
- Chargeback fraud or suspicious payment activity.
- Third-party fees (e.g., bank fees) where not recoverable.
- Plans explicitly marked “non-refundable” at checkout.
5) How to request a refund
Email us with your transaction details and the reason for the request. We may request additional information to verify the purchase.

6) Refund method and timing
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible, and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
